2. Personal data we collect

We collect personal data in the following situations:

Website enquiries and registrations of interest. When you register your interest in Fitzgerald Gardens, enquire about a home, or contact us through the website, we collect your name, email address, phone number, buyer status, buyer position, bedroom preference and the content of your enquiry.

Viewings and appointments. When you book or attend a viewing, we or our sales agent record your contact details, appointment details and attendance so we can follow up and manage the sales process.

Purchasers. If you proceed to purchase a home, we collect the information needed to complete the transaction, including identity documents required under anti-money-laundering law, correspondence with your solicitor and lender, details of the property transaction, and — where applicable — details of your Help to Buy or affordable purchase scheme application received from you or the relevant authority. CCTV and site cameras. For the health, safety and security of people and property, CCTV may operate at the sales office, show homes and development site, and construction progress cameras may capture time-lapse imagery. Signage is displayed where CCTV is in operation.

Marketing. If you opt in, we keep your contact details to send you updates about Fitzgerald Gardens, including new phase releases, viewing opportunities and launch events.

• Public bodies where we are legally required to disclose information, including the Revenue Commissioners or authorities acting under anti-money-laundering legislation.

Service providers acting on our instructions are bound by contract and may process personal data only for the agreed purposes.

5. International transfers

We aim to store personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA). Where a service provider, such as an analytics or email provider, processes data outside the EEA, we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as an EU adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected: enquiry and viewing records are typically retained for up to 2 years after our last contact with you; marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or after a prolonged period of inactivity; records relating to completed property transactions are retained for at least 6 years, and up to 12 years for deeds and title-related documents, to meet legal, tax and contractual obligations; and website analytics data is retained in aggregate form. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it securely.

7. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data and will notify you and the Data Protection Commission of any breach where the law requires it.
